- Form Access – If you do not have permission to view this form please log into your TLC Microsoft account at www.office.com and return to this page and refresh after a successful login (only TLC members with a Microsoft login may access this feature).
- Email Access – Please ensure that you are able to check your @thanhelchurch.com email address to confirm your submission and/or should there be any additional information requested; TLC’s finance team will communicate via that address.
